柬埔寨主持召开第23届东盟公共服务事宜合作会议 聚焦12项核心议题

东盟头条8月3日电 第 23 届东盟公务员事务会议（ACCSM）8月3日在柬埔寨暹粒举行，与会代表围绕12项核心议题展开了深入探讨与审议。

据柬埔寨新闻部8月3日消息，ACCSM高级官员、ACCSM联络员以及东盟秘书处代表共同出席了本次会议。

与会代表就既定议程中的各项报告及提案进行了细致审议与讨论。

本次会议的12项核心议题具体包括：

1. 审议并通过会议议程（Adoption of Agenda）

2. 筹备全体会议（Organization of Plenary Meetings）

3. 总结与完成《2021-2025年ACCSM工作计划》（Finalization of the ACCSM Work Plan 2021-2025）

4. 批准并实施《2026-2030年ACCSM工作计划》（Adoption and Implementation of the ACCSM Work Plan 2026-2030）

5. 审议ACCSM职责范围（TOR）及“ACCSM+3”议事规则（ROP）（Terms of Reference of ACCSM and Rules of Procedure of ACCSM+3）

6. 落实其他东盟相关会议的有关决议（Relevant Decisions of Other ASEAN Meetings）

7. 更新东盟公共服务培训机构（PSTIs）进展（Updates on ASEAN Public Service Training Institutes）

8. 筹备第8届“ACCSM+3”高官会及第23届ACCSM公共服务机构领导人会议（Preparations for the 8th ACCSM+3 Senior Officials Meeting and 23rd ACCSM Heads of Civil Service Meeting）

9. 筹备2026-2030年任期内的第24届ACCSM会议（Preparations for Hosting the 24th ACCSM for 2026-2030 term）
