
An international trade fair opened in northern China on Saturday to promote the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
Co-hosted by China's Ministry of Commerce and the provincial government of Hebei, the China·Langfang International Economic and Trade Fair 2023 is being held in the city of Langfang in Hebei Province, just south of China's capital Beijing.
High-level officials from international organizations such as the World Customs Organization (WCO) and the World Trade Organization (WTO), as well as ambassadors and envoys of key trading partners to China, were invited to the fair's opening.
An exhibition area covering 45,000 square meters has been set up for businesses from the region to display their products and services.
The fair is scheduled to run until June 21.
