The 8th China (Lianyungang) Silk Road International Logistics Expo concluded in the Lianyungang City of east China's Jiangsu Province on Saturday, after a three day showcase of advanced, new logistics facilities.
This year's expo, themed "building a win-win mechanism with mutual benefits, drawing a blueprint of Silk Road with land and sea transport", gathered around 450 exhibitors from 23 countries and regions around the world and 27 provinces and cities in China.
The expo this year was the largest ever, with six exhibition areas and 1483 booths.
The expo this year focused on equipment, transportation, technology and services in the logistics industry, with some large-scale Chinese central government enterprises and well-known logistics companies from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Russia, Germany and other countries and regions participating in the event.
The landmark event, promoting investment and trade cooperation in countries and regions in the Belt and Road Initiative, has been held for seven consecutive years, and has provided an important platform for the logistics industry in more than 50 countries and regions, with more than 400 overseas institutions and more than 4,000 exhibitors taking part.
第八届中国(连云港)丝绸之路国际物流博览会于星期六在中国江苏省东部的连云港市闭幕,此前三天展示了先进的新型物流设施。
今年的博览会主题为“构建互利共赢的机制,勾勒出丝绸之路陆海运输蓝图”,来自世界23个国家和地区、27个省市的450多家参展商聚集在中国。
今年的世博会是有史以来规模最大的,有6个展区和1483个展位。
今年的重点是物流行业的设备、运输、技术和服务,来自哈萨克斯坦、乌兹别克斯坦、俄罗斯、德国等国家和地区的一些大型中央政府企业和知名物流公司参加了这次盛会。
这一具有里程碑意义的活动已连续七年在一带一路倡议的国家和地区促进投资和贸易合作,为50多个国家和地区的物流业提供了一个重要的平台,有400多家海外机构和4000多家参展商参加。
