VINCI Group, a global leader in airport management and operations, has reaffirmed its commitment to promoting Cambodia’s tourism potential to the world.
Huot Hak, Cambodin Minister of Tourism, received a delegation led by Emmanuel Menanteau, Member of the Executive Committee of VINCI Airports and Chairman of the Board of Société Concessionnaire de l’Aéroport (SCA). The meeting, held at the Ministry of Tourism of Cambodi on March 10th, 2026, served as a courtesy call and a platform for strategic discussion.

During the session, VINCI representatives provided updates on the company’s new management structure and the latest developments at Sihanoukville International Airport and the Techo International Airport project.
The discussion also focused on the tourism outlook and potential areas of cooperation between the Ministry of Tourism, the Cambodia Tourism Board (CTB), and VINCI to attract more international visitors to the Kingdom.
In response, Huot Hak commended on VINCI for its active role in developing the aviation sector and supporting Cambodia’s tourism growth. He emphasized the necessity of strengthening between aviation and tourism to enhance international connectivity and ensure the sector remains sustainable and competitive within the region.
The meeting concluded with both parties agreeing to collaborate on future promotional activities and to improve air connectivity to elevate international tourism.
